Sufi Restaurant will provide you, where possible, a refund to the value of the original order less the delivery charges that we have incurred. Refund is only given once the food is return in the original packaging in order for us to investigate the nature of the problem. The complaints should be made within 30 mins of you receiving the delivery.

2. HOW TO MAKE AN ORDER AND HOW IT IS PROCESSED
2.1 Once you given your postcodes, you are taken to Registration page, where if you have an account you can use to log on and place an order. If you visiting for the first time you should give your name and address, contact details, as you proceed then you get to the Menu which you can choose from, once completed you order you will be taken to the secured payment area of the web site which you can choose to pay by Credit or Debit Cards on line or pay cash on delivery.
Once you paid you will receive the confirmation of your order and payment. The usual delivery time will be 45-60 mins from the time that we received your order.
There might be a time that you have placed an order and the particular dish is sold out! In that case we will contact you to notify you of that and ask you to change the order or if you wish cancel your order and get the refund.
2.2 If at any time prior to you clicking on the “submit” button, you decide that you do not wish to proceed with your order, you should close the application window.
2.3 On receipt of your payment, Sufi Restaurant will begin processing your order and we will send you notification by email that payment has been received and that your order is being processed.
